Gym Policies

Upon enrollment, you will be prompted to read and agree to the below Gym Policies.

Annual Registration Fees

Please be aware, that the annual registration fee has not yet been charged to your account. Once we receive notification of enrollment, the yearly registration fee will be added to the charges. For your records the registration fees are as follows: $35 Per Student $50 Per Family.

Assumption of Risk / Release of Liability

I, parent or Legal Guardian, of the child listed above, hereby give permission in any and all risk and hazard. Incidental to such participation and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnity, and agree to hold harmless All Pro Gymnastics & Cheer Academy, the employees, owners, supervisors, coaching instructors, and any sub-contractor working with/ for All Pro Gymnastics & Cheer Academy. If I, my son, or daughter has any physical condition that may impair their ability to engage in these activities, it is always advisable to consult your physician prior to undertaking any physical exercise program. If necessary, I authorize All Pro Gymnastics and Cheer Academy to administer first aid and/or authorize medical treatment in my absence. I understand Students are expected to carry their own medical and accident insurance. In signing below, I agree to be responsible for any medical bills incurred during my child's participation at All Pro Gymnastics and Cheer Academy. I give my permission for All Pro Gymnastics and Cheer Academy to take and use any photos of my child for the purpose of advertising or website use. This wavier of liability, having been read thoroughly and understood completely is signed voluntarily as to its content and intent. By signing this release, I understand the policies and liabilities that may occur in sports activities. I understand there are no refunds or credits given for missed classes. I further acknowledge, understand, appreciate and agree that my participation may result in possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, MRSA, Influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation and exposure.

Payment Policies

To ensure your child does not lose their spot in their favorite class, fees are due by the 20th of each month for the upcoming month. Failure to pay by the 20th will result in a $25.00 late fee, for which your account will be billed automatically. Tuition is paid by the calendar month. Our tuition is based on a full year of gymnastics. Since we do not charge extra for months with 5 weeks, we do not prorate for months with 3 weeks. No make ups or prorated fees will be offered for months with gym closures or Holidays. I UNDERSTAND THAT IF FOR ANY REASON MY BILL EXCEEDS 5 DAYS PAST DUE, MY CHILD MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE DISCONTINUED TO ALLOW ROOM FOR THOSE STUDENTS ON THE WAITING LIST.

Automatic Payment Policies

By submitting my credit card information, through the secure, online registration process, I authorize All Pro Gymnastics and Cheer Academy to automatically charge my card for monthly fees on the 25th of each month for the up-coming month. I understand that I must notify All Pro Gymnastics and Cheer Academy in writing before the 20th of the month for the up-coming month of classes if I choose to withdraw my child from the program. I furthermore understand, that failure to notify APG by the 20th of the month will result in my account being charged for the up-coming month and that no refund will be given. I furthermore agree that once billing is processed, I will not dispute with my financial institution..........* A withdraw form can be found at the front desk and must be filled out to drop classes and suspend future billing.

Make-up Policies

We understand life happens and children get sick. We will make every effort to reschedule your child in another age/level appropriate class. However, please understand that classes fill very quickly and this is not a guarantee. All missed classes Must be made up within 30 days. Under no circumstances will classes be extended or prorated for missed classes. You are paying for your child's spot in the class, not their attendance. No make ups or prorated fees will be offered for months with gym closures or Holidays. All make-up classes must be scheduled in person at the front desk or through your parent portal. Any make-up not attended, WILL NOT be reschedule to allow everyone an opportunity to schedule a make-up.

Dropping a Class

I understand if we decide to drop our child's class that a Drop Class Request Form must be completed and turned into the front desk only and that All Pro Gymnastics WILL NOT except emails or phone calls for any future Drop Slip. I furthermore understand that class bills are submitted on the 20th of the month for the up-coming month and will be drafted from my account. However, I agree if I do not submit a Drop Class Request Form by the 19th of the month, that I will be responsible for any bills already submitted.
