Competitive Team Programs

Making The Team Choice

Mini Team/Pre-Team

Two days a week for 2 hours each day - Mini Team is for younger girls who are 4-6 years old and Pre-Team is for those a bit older. These are some of our talented young ones! We keep them together by age so they can work on similar skills. They work on the skills to prepare them to move up to Level 2. Gymnasts can move up to Level 3 when they are 5 and ready, so these are some of our hot shots!

Level 2

Three days a week for a total of 10 hours a week. This is primarily for girls 5 and up who aren't quite ready for Level 3. They work on the skills to prepare them to move up to Level 3. We want them to refine their current skills and learn the ones they'll need to be competitive at Level 3. These athletes will compete in 6-8 meets throughout the season.

Level 3 & 4

Three days a week for 4 hours each day. This is the introductory level for competition teams. We usually have a large team and it is a great way to get introduced to competitive gymnastics without a huge financial and time commitment. The meets are usually within our state and sometimes we travel to Kansas or Texas. Our gymnasts range from ages 6-13 on this level and it is a lot of fun!

Level 5

This level practices 4 days a week, for a total of 18 hours. These levels have a stepped level of time commitment. We work hard to perfect their skills, as these levels are much more difficult than Level 4. We have 8-10 meets a year and they are usually within our state and sometimes we travel to Ohio, Florida or even Vegas .

Level 6-Elite

These gymnast practice 16-20 hours weekly. We have one of the top optional levels in the county. Our gymnasts work on routines with exciting, new skills. They have beam and floor routines choreographed especially for them. Our team competes in eight to nine meets a year and we usually travel to two or three far away meets each year. These levels allow the girls to try to qualify to the Regional and National Championships each year

USAG Excel

These levels attend 3 days a week for a total of 10 hours. The mission of the program is “ To provide gymnasts with an opportunity to compete at all levels of gymnastics in an atmosphere less demading and fun”. This program offers gentler guidelines than our USAG teams. Our goal is to help keep gymnasts in the sport that they love to compete in even if their commitment cannot be the same. Gymnast will attend 6 meets through out the year including championships.

Boys Gymnastics Pre-Team-Level 10

On our boys' team, progression is everything. Developing amazing young men as well as amazing athletes is something that we put into every practice. Our boys teams practice 4-16 hours a week and may compete up to 8 meets per year. Our athletes have competed at the State, Regional, and National levels.

Trampoline and Tumbling Team

All Pro Trampoline and Tumbling (T&T) is a coed program that includes trampoline, power tumbling, and double- mini trampoline.  Depending on the level of ability, athletes train between 7-12 hours a week. The compulsory levels  (level 1-7) all train and compete the same routines in while the optional level (level 8-elite) routines are built upon the skill ability of the athlete. The program provides flexibility as you can be at different levels in each event. The T&T program provides for those who are ex-gymnasts, divers, acrobats, and cheerleaders. The team competes  at least up to 7 meets including States and Regional Championships.  Level 5- elite can qualify for the National Championships.
